When the Intentional Unicorn meets Badass University … transformation gets real.
We came together with one shared mission: to elevate women entrepreneurs in a way that’s intentional, strategic, and grounded in real identity work…not hype.
Between us, we’ve coached, led, taught, inspired, mentored, and walked alongside thousands of women building careers, businesses, and lives that actually fit who they are. We’ve both lived the highs, the pivots, the fear, the breakthroughs, and the
“am I really doing this?” moments that come with entrepreneurship.
And we both know this truth:
Entrepreneurship is powerful, but it’s also lonely. Real transformation requires community.
Not a crowd. Not a conference.
A small, intimate circle (no more than 15 women( where you can breathe, think, reset, and actually see yourself again.
This retreat was born from that shared belief.
Not as a getaway.
Not as a motivation weekend.
But as a container for identity-shifting clarity, strategic direction, and brave action.
Puerto Rico gives us the perfect setting for it: a place where you can disconnect from the noise, recharge your energy, and intentionally activate what’s next. Over these 3–4 days, we blend the power of visualization (5-year, now, next), deep identity work (your real superpowers), and strategic planning (your next 12 months mapped) so you walk out not with “ideas”…but with a strategy you’re ready to execute.
