Read this if you’re “fine”… but not excited

Just got back this week from Tulum Mexico. As I was enjoying the weather it made me reflect on the moment I said.. it's time !

 There’s a ceiling most high achievers hit.

It’s not a money or skill ceiling!

It’s an ALIGNMENT ceiling.

How do I know? Because I hit it HARDDD.

You built something that works but it no longer feels expansive.

And here’s what I learned, you don’t outgrow success. However, you outgrow versions of yourself.

So today I want to give you something practical.

A 5-minute Alignment Audit:

Grab a notebook.  READY?

Answer these honestly:

1. If I keep doing exactly what I’m doing for the next 3 years… would I be proud or resentful? (This one was the one that made ME wake up!)

2. What do people consistently tell me I’m exceptional at that I’ve normalized?

3. Where am I tolerating “good enough” because change feels inconvenient?

4. If money was guaranteed, what direction would I explore?

5. Who am I becoming if nothing shifts? Who else is this version impacting?

Don’t rush that last one!!! That's the depth that you need!!!!!!

Most people don’t need a new job. They need a new decision.

Clarity doesn’t magically appear but you create it through structure and honest reflection.
